No — nothing is taken online and you pay in clinic on the day. A deposit may be needed for future bookings after a late cancellation or missed appointment.

Yes. The clinic is open Monday – Friday 10:00 – 19:00, Saturday 10:00 – 17:00, Sunday Closed.

No. Fat dissolving injections are for small, stubborn pockets of fat that don't shift with diet and exercise, and work best close to a stable weight.

Yes. We only treat adults aged 18 and over, and it is illegal to give anti-wrinkle injections or dermal filler to under-18s in England. Please bring photo ID.

Injectable treatments, peels and microneedling aren't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Berna can suggest gentle alternatives at your consultation.

Anti-wrinkle treatment is a prescription-only medicine, so it's only offered after a face-to-face consultation, where suitability and pricing are discussed.
