Serra Aesthetics (90 Priory Court, Walthamstow, London E17 5LX) is responsible for the personal information you share with us. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp number when you book or claim an offer.
• The treatment, day and time you choose, and any notes you add (which may include health information you choose to share).
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp.

How we use it

Only to arrange and confirm your appointment, provide safe treatment and aftercare, and reply to your questions. We don’t sell your data or use it for marketing without your permission.

Who handles it

Booking details are sent to the clinic by email using our email provider (Resend) and the website is hosted by Vercel. If you message us, WhatsApp (Meta) processes those messages. These providers only process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept for up to 12 months. Treatment records are kept for as long as required for clinical and insurance purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp (+44 7407 254019). If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
